The Hidden Gem Award recognizes a member who goes the extra mile for the chapter and never seeks or asks for recognition. This is a person who is in the background working for the chapter without others potentially even knowing it. The Hidden Gem Award recognizes a member who is selfless in their acts towards the chapter. You’ll notice that the award plaque is clear and has engraved lettering that you need to look closely at to really notice.
